Subscription, billing & cancellation

Calming Galaxy Premium is a subscription. Billing and cancellations are handled through your app store account.

Premium overview

  • • Unlocks the full library, offline downloads, and ad-free listening
  • • Plans, pricing, and any free trial are shown in the app
  • • Manage or cancel anytime via the App Store or Google Play

Manage or cancel in your app store

  • • App Store: Open your Apple subscription settings and select Calming Galaxy
  • • Google Play: Open your Google Play subscription settings and select Calming Galaxy
  • • Follow the prompts to manage or cancel your plan

Note: Cancelling stops auto-renewal, but Premium stays active until the end of your billing period.

Restore Premium / purchase access

If Premium features aren’t showing, try the steps below:

  • • Confirm you’re signed into the same Apple or Google account used to purchase Premium
  • • Reopen the app (force close and relaunch)
  • • If the app has a “Restore Purchases” button, use it
  • • If not, contact support and include your purchase email address
